The Workshop menu follows the same rules as the quick-links script on the old WordPress workshop pages. It changes with phase (now schedule) and type (now virtual) in the workshop block of src/site.json.

Admin mode
Add ?admin to any page address, for example workshop-info.html?admin, to see the menu items, quick links, and page sections hidden for the current phase or type. Each one is outlined and labeled with the rule that shows it. Admin mode stays on while you browse, and this page's menu entry appears only while it's on. Turn it off with the button in the corner or with ?admin=off. On a local copy the button is always there.
Anyone who knows the address can use admin mode, and the hidden content is in the page source anyway, so use it for content that's out of date, never for anything private.
